If My Memory Served Me Correctly I'd Forget About You

I been lying here thinking 'bout the time I spent with you

It seems we had a dream just a fantasy that couldn't come true

Life's a stage, a ghost that floats just beyond my view

If my memory served me correctly I'd forget about you

The things that change us are the things we can't change

We fight them tooth and nail just the same

If I have regrets it's only for all that pain

If my memory served me correctly I'd forget about you

If my memory served me correctly, you wouldn't do what you do

I wouldn't need to take the time it takes remembering you

I wouldn't need to think about the love I once knew

If my memory served me correctly, If my memory served me well

If my memory served me correctly, I'd forget about you
